Streamlining processes is what enables us to pass along tremendous savings to you. It's simple. Adhere to the following guidelines. We save time and you get the advantages of quality professional web design with substantially less investment.

Design Conditions
With our Starter Website Package, you select an existing quality design pre-built template from our library. You can replace selected photos, but no other design modifications are permitted including colors or structure. With photo changes, each design becomes unique.

Our Basic and Advanced Web Design Packages include one design concept. The Basic Package permits one round of design modifications and the Advanced Package allows two rounds of modifications. The designs are then considered complete, ready for development processes to begin.

Main Content Areas
The design concepts are created with scalability and flexibility features. Therefore, the main content areas are structured with a common layout ready to flow text. We do not create unique designs for the main content areas of internal pages.

Navigation Structure
We do not begin design concept until you provide a site map that clearly names the navigation points (Home, About Us, Services and Etc.).

Number of Web Pages
Each Smart Website Package fee is limited to the number of web pages specified which includes the home page. Additional pages may be added at an additional fee per additioal page. A site map must be provided by the client that specifies the name of each page before the design process begins, otherwise additional charges will apply at our prevailing hourly rates.

Photo/Image Selection
The images within the Starter Package templates may be replaced at your option providing that new images replace existing images in their exact same positions. We will select photos for the Basic and Advanced Packages during the design phase. Photos selected from our library of images and from Affordable Stock Photography are included in the fees. You can furnish photos providing they are digital-ready for insertion, otherwise additional scanning fees apply. Photos will be "square-cropped" or silhouetted at our design option. Cropping photos is at our discretion.

Client Logos
Your company logo will be incorporated into the design. The fees assume the client provides clean logo art on media or via email. The fees do not include logo design or rebuilding the logo art file.

Furnished Content
The client must furnish content as a word-processed file, carefully edited and proofread. Files must be named to coincide with each specific web page. Include bolded and italic type where you prefer. The fees include linking from specific points within text to other internal pages or third-party websites. Indicate links by underlining the linking point. Development of your pages will not begin until all text for all pages is provided. One round of minor text edits is permitted at the final approval stage. Edits for all pages must be provided at the same time. Additional change cycles thereafter carry additional fees at our prevailing hourly rates.

Time is of Essence
The client must furnish text within seven (7) days of design approval. Logos and photos must be provided before design process begins. Designs must be approved within two business days of presentation. Upon final development and approval, your website will be uploaded to your server host.

Payment Terms
All projects must be prepaid. Sales tax could be applicable. Any additional add-on options must be ordered when the order is placed and must also be prepaid. All fees must be paid before the final website is uploaded to your server or our server. We accept Master Charge, VISA or American Express credit cards or check. Payment must clear before work begins.
